PropPin (propp.in) is a map-based property marketplace. Our core privacy promise is simple: your phone number and email stay private by default — people reach you through in-app chat, and you decide if and when to share direct contact details.
Active pins (including their photos, price, area and the display name on them) and your public pins page are visible to anyone, including search engines. Closed, expired or deleted pins are removed from the map. Your email is never public; your phone number appears only if you typed it into a pin yourself.
Your data is processed by the infrastructure we build on: Supabase (database, auth and file storage), Google (sign-in, maps and place search), Anthropic (AI assistant), Resend (email delivery), OpenStreetMap (map tiles) and Telegram (if you use our bot). Each receives only what's needed for its job.
Pins expire from the map automatically after 45 days unless renewed, and you can close or delete your pins anytime from My Pins. Deleting a pin removes it permanently. To delete your entire account and its data, write to us via the contact form and we'll action it.
You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent for email notifications, at any time. We aim to honour the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023. For any privacy request or question, use the contact form — privacy requests get priority.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note it on the site. Using PropPin after a change means you accept the updated policy.
