We, MARIGOLD REALITY (Promoter), through our Partner and Authorized Signatory MR. MUSTAFA SAJJAD SAIFEE, of the real estate project “MAJESTIC RESIDENCY”, bearing MahaRERA Registration No. P50400050776, respectfully submit this application seeking an extension of Nine (9) months i.e., up to 30/09/2026 for the completion of the project. The originally declared project completion date under MahaRERA was 31/12/2025. However, we have received the Occupation Certificate (OC) on 09/01/2026. The project experienced minor delays due to: • Delays in obtaining certain statutory approvals and completing procedural formalities • Temporary interruptions in construction activities due to shortage of labour • Occasional delays in the supply of construction materials • Coordination challenges with utility departments such as electricity and water authorities These factors, though not substantial individually, cumulatively led to a slight delay in achieving the final completion milestone. We further clarify that this extension is being sought solely for the purpose of submission of the Occupation Certificate on the MahaRERA portal and for obtaining formal acceptance/recording of the same by the Hon’ble Authority. The project is already completed, and the OC has been duly obtained. We humbly request the Authority to grant the said extension up to 30/09/2026 and kindly condone the delay, considering that the project has now been completed and the Occupation Certificate has already been obtained. We assure you of our continued compliance with all applicable rules and regulations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act.
