This project was approved and sanctioned by NIT (Nagpur Improvement Trust ). Later Govt. of Maharashtra instituted NMRDA ( Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority) as a statutory body for development in the region in place of NIT. The project initially got delayed because we had to again approach NMRDA for approval and sanction. Due to the ongoing Corona pandemic, the sale of plots has slowed down considerably. As we are selling most of the plots on an installment basis of 36 months to our buyers, we are yet to receive the entire cost of our sale proceeds. Although we have completed about 90% of work on the site and have received RL( Release Letter ), which is equivalent to OC( Occupation Certificate )for 90% of our plots from NMRDA. But we presume that due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the sale of remaining plots and the subsequent recovery of sale proceeds on an installment basis may take about 45 months hereafter. Hence we humbly request the MahaRera authority to grant us an extension till 30th September 2025 and oblige.
