We had been allotted the Work Order by Slum Rehabilitation Authority (Of Nagpur Municipal Corporation), for the Construction Development and Sale of 480 EWS DU’s including the required basic infrastructure of roads, utilities, social amenities etc. under AHP Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Nagpur. The tenure of the work contract was for a period of 24 months. We were able to start work on 6 out of 8 building in the month of April 2023 but works of 2 buildings could not be started before June 2023 due to change in layout of the overall project as per site condition. In spite of this we have been able to complete all the structures but the associated layout works are slightly delayed. Due to the above reasons along with multiple unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances we are writing for an extension. We are on target to complete all works within this revised time period.
