  To, The Hon’ble Authority, Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA), Mumbai, Maharashtra Subject: Application for Extension of Project Registration for “1-DEV HEIGHTS” (MahaRERA Reg. No. P50500051341). Respected Sir/Madam, I, DEOVRAT SANJAY JAISWAL, Promoter of the real estate project “1-DEV HEIGHTS” (MahaRERA Registration No. P50500051341), hereby submit this application seeking an extension of the project registration, which is presently valid up to 31st December 2025. The progress of the project was adversely affected due to delay in obtaining certain statutory approvals, shortage of skilled labour, disruption in the supply of construction materials, and temporary financial constraints arising from prevailing market conditions. These factors were beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and resulted in delay in execution of the project as per the original timeline. In view of the above circumstances, additional time is required to complete the balance construction work while ensuring strict compliance with the approved plans, prescribed quality standards, and the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules made thereunder. The present request for extension is made bona fide and in the interest of the allottees, so as to ensure lawful and timely completion of the project. I, therefore, humbly request the Hon’ble Authority to kindly consider the present application and grant an extension of twelve (12) months for the said project.
