With respect our residential plotted development project named and styled as “SHOBHA NAGAR”, Kh. No. 13/1B, PH No. 46, Village & Mouza - Isasani, Tah. – Hingna, Distt. – Nagpur; vide Project Registration Number as - P50500056307; I hereby wish to apply for extension of my project, as the location has slow sales due to downfall in the market in the region, we could not arrange for requisite funds to complete the project in the stipulated time as granted in the RERA Certificate. In the recent times the market conditions have improved and I am receiving response with regards to the selling of the plots. And also, I have arranged funds to complete the development of the project as per rules laid by the sanctioning authority. Hence, I hereby request your authority to kindly grant us the requisite extension of the project.
