  We, Prachiti Developers, the promoter of the project “Krushna Ultima” (Registration No. P51500053860) under MahaRERA, hereby submit our request for an extension of time for the completion of the project. We apologize for the delay in the completion of the project and the submission of this request. We would like to state that the project is approximately 80–90% completed and only minor work remains pending. Therefore, we are now focusing on the marketing and sale of the project units. We require additional time to effectively market and sell the units in the project. Our sales team is actively working on the same and making every possible effort to generate sales. Considering the above circumstances, we kindly request an extension until 31-12-2027 to complete the remaining work and fulfil all regulatory requirements.
