1) The excavation work took more than expected as there was hard rock and we were forced to do manual work along with small machines with due care in such a way that there should not be vibrations in the residential area around the site which takes considerably more time than the conventional methods. 2) While excavation and lowering of water level we were supposed to take care since the project land is already surrounded by residential premises and therefore this activity went slowly and took time. 3) The area is which project is to be constructed and completed is entirely a residential area, therefore there are limitations in time of construction work on daily basis including no work development on week end. 4) The external drainage line work required for the project was pending at Nashik Municipal Corporation. Nashik Municipal Corporation has confirmed the pendency of the said drainage line work vide its letter dated 27.11.2025, and the work was to be executed by the said authority. 5) Therefore, we had applied to Nashik Municipal Corporation for the necessary NOC for construction of Septic Tank and Soak Pit vide letter dated 16.12.2025. The said NOC for Septic Tank and Soak Pit is issued to us on 29.01.2026, the copy of the same is attached herewith. 6) As the above works and approvals are under the jurisdiction of Nashik Municipal Corporation and were essential for obtaining completion and occupancy of the project, the delay has occurred due to circumstances beyond our control.
