  Due to the ongoing geopolitical conflict in the West Asia region, there have been significant disruptions in global supply chains and logistics networks affecting the availability and timely delivery of construction materials and equipment. The project has experienced shortage and delayed procurement of key construction materials, escalation in transportation timelines, and rescheduling of contractor activities due to supply constraints. These circumstances are beyond the control of the promoter and have temporarily affected the pace of construction activities despite continuous efforts to maintain progress. The promoter has undertaken necessary mitigation measures including identifying alternate suppliers and revising construction schedules. However, in view of the above circumstances, additional time is required to complete the remaining construction activities. Accordingly, the promoter respectfully seeks extension of the project registration up to 30.09.2026 under Section 7(3) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
