The project could not be completed within the originally stipulated timeline due to a combination of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. The progress of construction was affected by delays in obtaining statutory approvals and compliances from the concerned authorities, intermittent shortages of construction materials and skilled labour, financial constraints arising from adverse market conditions, and slower-than-anticipated sales affecting the project's cash flow. In addition, certain infrastructure and utility-related works requiring coordination with the concerned government authorities consumed additional time.The Promoter has continued to undertake the construction activities and remains committed to completing the balance work in accordance with the sanctioned plans and the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Accordingly, the Promoter respectfully seeks an extension of the project registration up to **30.04.2027** to complete the remaining construction work, obtain the requisite Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate from the competent authority, and hand over possession to the allottees in accordance with law.
