The project experienced delays on account of fluctuations in the construction market, shortage of skilled labour, delays in procurement and supply of construction materials, and overall slowdown in the real estate sector affecting project cash flows.Further, certain approvals, compliances, and coordination with various authorities consumed additional time than originally anticipated. The Promoter has continued construction activities and remains committed to completing the balance work in accordance with the sanctioned plans and applicable laws.Substantial progress has already been achieved at the project site, and the balance construction, infrastructure development, utility connections, finishing works, and statutory compliances are presently under execution. Therefore, additional time is required for completion of the remaining work and obtaining the Occupancy Certificate for the project.Accordingly, the Promoter requests extension of the project registration up to 30th April 2027 to enable completion of the remaining project activities and handover of units to the allottees in a lawful and satisfactory manner.
