The project commenced on 25-01-2022, and despite our best efforts, technical issues and certain unforeseen delays led to an extension in the completion timeline. In addition to the above-mentioned technical difficulties, there were slow bookings of the row houses, which resulted in a slower flow of funds. Despite this, we successfully completed the project by 14-11-2024 and obtained the Completion Certificate from the competent authority. The said copy of the same is enclosed for your kind perusal.
