We are the co-owners of above said project, hereby request you to kindly extend the project completion date upto 31-08-2025. Our building Civil Works were Completed in all respect, due to final completion work / Finishing work of flats, External Plumbing Work, Fire Fighting Work are going on and it will be completed within 4 to 5 months in all respect. Due to rainy season started we cannot do the external painting work of the building for safety purpose. Further to inform you that, after completion of finishing work of building, it will take further 2 to 3 months for getting Occupation Certificate from MCGM and various statutory Authority and Formation work of Society.
