The construction progress of the project Infinia Vista has been affected due to shortage of skilled labour force and irregular availability of essential raw materials, which resulted in delay in the execution of construction activities. Further, upon receipt of the latest sanctioned plans for the project, certain revisions and alignment in the ongoing construction work were required as per the approved plans, which also contributed to the delay in project completion. As per the revised course of action, the remaining work shall be completed within the extended timeline requested, and the Completion Certificate / Occupancy Certificate shall be obtained on or before 30.06.2027, i.e., before the expiry of the extension period sought. In view of the above, we humbly request an extension of 12 (Twelve) months for completion of the project to enable us to complete the pending construction work and obtain the necessary statutory approvals.
