  We, Maavi Spaces Unit 1, the promoter of the project Maavi Shree Ashirwad (Registration No. P52100080158) under MahaRERA, hereby submit our request for an extension of time for the completion of the project. We respectfully request an extension due to a typographical error that occurred during the project registration process. At the time of registering the project on the MahaRERA portal, the project completion date was mistakenly mentioned as 31-12-2027 due to an inadvertent administrative and typographical oversight during submission. We would like to clarify that the project comprises 2 wings ( Wing A + Wing B) with Ground + 6 upper floors each and considering the scale and nature of the development, it is practically not feasible to complete the project within such a short period of approximately 1.5 years. From the very beginning, our planned and targeted completion timeline for the project has been 31-12-2030, and we were aware that the project could not realistically be completed by 31-12-2027. The incorrect completion date was purely a typographical error at the time of project registration. We have taken immediate corrective measures to rectify the same and ensure that all records reflect the intended timeline accurately. We further submit that if the correction is not carried out at this stage and the extension is sought only closer to the erroneously mentioned completion date, it may create confusion and misunderstanding amongst the allottees regarding the actual completion timeline of the project. Further, non-completion within the mistakenly mentioned date may unnecessarily cause dissatisfaction and frustration amongst the allottees despite the actual project planning being aligned with the revised timeline. In view of the above circumstances, we humbly request your kind consideration and seek an extension of time until 31-12-2030 to complete the project and fulfil all regulatory requirements.
