It is submitted that the project has faced delays due to a sustained slowdown in sales, affecting overall execution momentum. The supply of key raw materials was irregular and impacted by market fluctuations, leading to interruptions in construction activities. Additionally, internal works such as plastering and plumbing could not be completed within the planned timelines due to coordination and resource challenges. These factors collectively slowed down the progress of the project. Further, there has been a delay in obtaining the Occupancy Certificate (OC) due to procedural requirements and pending compliances with the concerned authorities. Given the circumstances, we kindly request an extension until 30-09-2027, to complete the project and fulfil all regulatory requirements.
