Respected Sir, Here we are declaring the reasons for delay of the project: 1) Beneficiary verification process: As the project is approved under PMAY (U)-1 and is aimed for EWS of the society, the beneficiary has to be verified for EWS category as per PMAY guidelines by Solapur Municipal Corporation, CLTC Cell and has to be registered on PMAY portal ultimately generating a beneficiary code. The process of documentation took time, resulting in slow progress of work in need of beneficiary contribution.
