FIRSTLY WE APOLOGISE FOR DELAY IN PROJECT.. AS WE STARTED OUR PROJECT AND COVID SECOND WAVE HIT US.... DUE TO UNAVIALBAILTY OF LABOURS AND MATERIALS DURING LOCK DOWN PERIOD AND GOVERMENT RESTRICTION ON WORKING HOURS GOT PROJECT WORK SLOW AND DUE TO THIS ESTIMATED TIME IS REVISED. ALSO OUR EXCAVATION WORK DIDNT GO AS WE EXPECTED.. DUE TO HARD ROCK FOUND IN EXCAVATION IT ALMOST TOOK OUT ADDITIONAL 3 MONTHS TIME THAN WE EXPECTED. WE TRIED HARD TO COMPLETE WORK ON DUE DATE, BUT JUST A LITTLE LATE WE ARE AL,OST THERE WITH MORE THAN 95% OF WORK DONE AND JUST FINISHING TOUCHES GOING ON. WE WILL BE APPLYING FOR OCCUPENCY CERTIFICATE IN A MONTH OR 2. WE WILL DEFINATELY COMPLETE THE PROJECT WITHIN UPCOMING 6 MONTHS. HENCE KINDLY GRANT US THE EXTENDED PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS TO COMPLY WITH ALL REGULATORY COMPLIANCES. WE WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR KINDNESS.
