1. After the Commencement of Project, an objection was raised by the old Tenants of the plot in the District Court, due to which the Court ordered stay on the Construction work for approximately 10 months. The stay order was cancelled when the dispute was settled with the Tenants after which we were able to commence the Project. 2. Work was also delayed due to holidays and absenties by labours and contractors, due to Local Festivals. Therefore we will need an Extension till 31/12/2026
