I have registered my Real Estate Project under MahaRERA on 12/07/2021. Due to heavy rainfall in Kokan area and market condition and slow response from the buyers I have started development work of the Project in the year 2022. That I have completed 45% project work and the Project RCC 80% completed and other work of the project is in progress. Hence I haven’t been able to complete the project in the scheduled time i.e. on 31/12/2023. I request MahaRERA authority please grant me extension up to 30th December 2024 for the completion of the project

The project work means the slab is completed and the electrical fittings and internal external work is going on. Due to heavy rains in Konkan, the work of the project stops for 3 months in a year. I am unable to complete the project on time. Therefore, I request the MahaRERA authority to kindly approve the extension of my project at the earliest.
