The original date of completion as per MahaRERA registration was 30/01/2023. We have obtained the Occupancy Certificate for the said project from Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, dated 01/02/2023. However, due to inadvertent delay on our part, we were unable to update the receipt of Occupancy Certificate and completion details on the MahaRERA portal within the stipulated time. Consequently, the project registration has technically lapsed in the system. We acknowledge this lapse and have already complied with the penalty order issued by MahaRERA by paying the penalty amount of ₹50,000/- for late disclosure. As per the new MahaRERA portal requirements, we understand that to enable uploading of the Occupancy Certificate and completion details, it is mandatory to regularise the registration status through filing an extension application. Accordingly, we hereby apply for a formal extension of registration for a short period sufficient to cover the Occupancy Certificate date, i.e., until [suggested new date, e.g., 01/02/2023].
