The proposed date of completion is 30/03/2024. We have applied for project extension for the project “JB Pearl” on 22/03/2023. The application was made under impression that the proposed completion date was 30/03/2023. Instead of actual proposed date i.e. 30/03/2024, we misread the proposed completion date as 30/03/2023 and made application for project extension. We apologies for the same. We have completed the project in stipulated time frame i.e. before 30/03/2024. All pending work mentioned in the extension application is fully completed within time frame and We have received project completion certificate from Sangli, Miraj & Kupwad Municipal Corporation on 31/07/2023 bearing no M522/90/2023-24. Also received Architect’s certificate of project completion. We have uploaded all concern documents under ‘Document Upload’ section of MahaRERA website. We humbly request you to kindly check the documents and kindly cancel the project extension application for the project “JB Pearl” (P53100024812). Enclosed: 1.
