  “Due to acute shortage and irregular availability of skilled and unskilled labour at the project site, the construction activities were severely affected and the work progress could not be maintained as per the approved construction schedule. The project faced continuous disruption in execution of civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical and allied works because of labour migration, absenteeism and non-availability of adequate manpower from contractors/sub-contractors. Further, fluctuations in labour supply and increased dependency on limited workforce resulted in delay in achieving planned milestones. Despite continuous efforts made by the promoter to mobilize additional labour and accelerate the work, the overall construction timeline was impacted beyond the reasonable control of the promoter. Hence, extension of project registration is requested to complete the balance work and obtain occupancy/completion certification.”
