PERT for the remaining completion work is uploaded in the Application. 5. The Project got delayed due to following reasons: a) Financial Constraints: Intermittent funding issues and cash flow disruptions affected procurement and continuity of construction work. b) Shortage of Labour & Materials: Limited availability of skilled labour and delays in material supply impacted progress, though the situation has now stabilised. c) Increased Construction Cost: Post-pandemic escalation in costs, especially labour charges, created additional financial strain. d) Unfavourable Weather Conditions: Unseasonal and extreme weather caused disruptions during key construction stages. 6. The revised date of completion is now 31/03/2027. 7. We hereby assure the Hon’ble Authority that the project shall be fully completed within this stipulated time and the OC will be obtained. 8. We humbly request your kind approval of the extension to enable us to complete the project and honour all commitments to our allottees.
