1.The excavation work took more than expected as there was hard rock and we were forced to do manual work along with small machines with due care in such a way that there should not be vibrations in the residential area around the site which takes con-siderably more time than the conventional methods. 2.The area is which project is to be constructed and completed is entirely a residential ar-ea, therefore there are limitations in time of construction work on daily basis including no work development on week end. 3.The project has been adversely affected by a shortage in the availability and supply of sanitary ware and plumbing fixtures required for the completion of the project. The shortage has arisen as an indirect consequence of the ongoing war situation in certain parts of the world, which has disrupted global supply chains, manufacturing opera-tions, shipping schedules, and the availability of imported raw materials and finished products.
