  in the present matter the NGT Special Bench has passed Order on dated 22/08/2022 and has imposed penalty/Fine of Rs 5 Crore to be deposited with State Pollution Control Board. Being Aggrieved by the said Order We the Developer has filed the present appeal before Hon. Supreme Court of India. Upon hearing on 21/10/2022 Hon. Supreme Court has passed the Order - Subject to deposit of Rs. 1 Crore with the State Pollution Control Board within four weeks from today, operation of impugned order shall remained stayed. Accordingly, on 01/11/2022 We have Deposited the 1 Crore by way of Demand Draft bearing no. 493949 with covering letter to MPCB is annexed herewith. Further, in the said matter on 10/09/2025 the argument has been concluded and Judgement is reserved by Honble Supreme Court (Order attached herewith). The said matter is pending before Honble Supreme court and till date no adverse Order is passed against the said project. The NGT Order dated 22.08.2022 is uploaded in Other Legal Tab.

  In matter RCS no. 530/2016, Plaintiff Mr. Mangesh Suresh Hule has filed suit for permanent injunction and declaration for adverse possession alongwith the Cancellation of Release Deed bearing No. 8341/2013 which was executed by her mother. Upon hearing Honble Court have rejected the Exhibit 5 (Order attached). Aggrieved by the said Order Complainant Mr. Mangesh Hule and others filed appeal bearing no. Civil M.A bearing no. 406/2018 which is also dismissed and disposed off by Hon. District & Session Court, Pune at Pune. Further, RCS no. 530/2016 which is pending before Hon.CJSD, Pune at Pune. And till date No, adverse Order has been passed by Honble Court.
